I have a sister with special needs (disabled) I went to the park because it was one of her dreams of meeting him. I understand that is not all the toys she could go for!
Exactly for this reason I was not in any toy either, because I was beside her because she can not raise her hand even to remove the hair from her mouth.
As we were 4 people and she and she would not go in some toys we bought 3 VIPs so that the others would not have to queue, because she could want to go to the bathroom at any time I do not know if everyone knows that disabled compared to quadriplegics needs more of an escort!
When the time came for horror, it was one of the park's attractions she liked the most and we would go into every horror house! Even with the blue code card we were waiting more than 30 minutes to confirm whether or not he could enter and had full accessibility to it! Thus making our family group, is lost the mess among others !! For communication failure between the park staff ....
We immediately informed that avia happened to solve the problem and so we could enter !!! We were informed with much ignorance and arrogance by the staff that it was over. Since the last class was entering ... and yet we were unable to deliver ... we left extremely hurt by the insensitivity of the staff and the guidelines of the park !!!
I wouldn't waste my time sending this email if my sister didn't wake up if she wants a day after that to say that she was sad because she can't go for a simple fact of communication between the employees.
As soon as we arrived at the park we informed that we could not buy the tickets in advance through the site because it was giving error regarding the date that could not be selected and we were approached with the following question: (you know the park is full, are you sure that do you want to come in?), damn life we left the east side of SP, to make a dream come true and hear this kind of comment !!!
I work in a hospital with my husband and I so I don't know how hard it is to get time off together. So we can have a family laser moment and hear this kind of comment.
I would like a park position on these constraints we have been through.
