Mr. Rooter replaced two toilets at our home this weekend. The gentleman showed up exactly on time, came in and assessed the situation. He went out and got the materials, told me he'd be back in an hour. I pulled in from a short errand and he arrived ahead of time right when I got there. Efficient change out even when the dog kept trying to help him. Immaculate when he left, fully clarified everything he did. I don't know how this could have been easier nor better. I've used them many times in the past and had the same opinion each time. Why go anywhere else?
