As a customer of 3a entertainment, I must say that the overall experience has been average. The website looks good and the user interface is easy to navigate. However, there were some technical issues when I tried to purchase tickets for an event. The customer service was responsive and helped me resolve the issue, but I expected a smoother process. I would recommend 3a entertainment for their range of events, but they could improve their ticketing system.
