What a relief to have this kind of customer experience during this weird time. Our Shower head pipe broke where I was unable to get to it. I Called Emerald Plumbing the next morning and they fit me into their schedule even after they told me they were booked out. A few hours later I received a phone call stating my technician was in route. Ken Skinner was our technician, he was one of the most down to earth and knowledgeable people I ve had the pleasure meeting. He had our problem fixed very shortly. He even went out of his way to attach our shower head back onto the wall. Can t say enough great things about Ken and Emerald Plumbing. Will be recommending them to friends and will be our forever plumbers in the future. What a great experience.
