Am currently renting through Candlewood. Very nice place in a pretty quiet area, save for occasional trains passing by, but hey, growing up as a kid, that kind of thing was pretty normal, being that I lived pretty close to some train tracks.

Maintenance is spot-on, with emergency calls. Case in point: I recently had to deal with water leaking into the basement level of my apartment, for the 2nd time, this winter season. Someone was always ready to help (in the most recent case, I was loaned a fan and a dehumidifier, to help dry things out quick)

Communication with tenants...... Eh, it's OK, but it could be better.

Rent can be paid online, which is very nice
