You can call at night time even at 3 am or 5 am in the morning and there will be always someone sitting there to help you. Problems can be solved via emails, calls, or in webinars which is like a video calling where you can give your mouse and keyboard control to your helper and he/she remotely access yoir projects making live changes etc etc during the sessions. So it really cancels out the problems that one might think he would face because it is an online training.
