I have been a customer of Trakcja for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they are prompt in their responses and their website is user-friendly, I have had my fair share of issues with their products. The quality is not always up to par and there have been instances where I have had to return items due to defects. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
