Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely clueless in every area, from sales, sales of parts and accounts. Took over a week to get a part number what we required, and even then it was wrong. Can't seem to do anything over the phone, everyone needs to be emailed as obviously can't be bothered to talk. When asked for any sort of managers name to try and sort, was blatantly lied to to avoid getting out through. Avoid if you can.
