I had an average experience with Route 1 Motorsports. The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable about the bikes they had in stock. It took some time for me to find the right motorcycle, and there were some minor issues with it after purchase. However, the dealership resolved the issues promptly and provided good customer service.
