I recently booked a trip with a Canadian travel company and it was not up to my expectations. The customer service was good, but the overall experience left me wanting more. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, the tour guide lacked enthusiasm and the accommodations were mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this company to others.
