I have been using Torqus systems for my restaurant for the past 6 months and it has been an average experience. The software has some useful features, but it also has some glitches that can be frustrating. The customer service has been responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution. Overall, I would say it is a decent option for small businesses.
