I have been using PipelineLLC's services for a few months now and I must say, their work is average. They get the job done, but it's nothing extraordinary. The website pipeliners.net is easy to navigate and find what you need, which is a plus. However, I think there is room for improvement in their customer service. Overall, I would rate them as average.
