I recently stayed at Hotel Universo and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but there were a few things that could have been improved. The breakfast options were limited and the Wi-Fi signal in my room was very weak. However, the hotel's location was great and it had a nice view of the city. Overall, I would rate my stay at Hotel Universo as average.
