I had a mixed experience with Tim Butt 2 Productions. While their customer service was exceptional, I found some aspects of their work to be lacking. The website they designed for me had some technical issues that took longer than expected to resolve. However, in the end, they were able to resolve the problems and deliver a satisfactory result.
