I had an average experience with The Mechanical Licensing Collective. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say the company is just okay.
