Tsai Kenneth is an average company with nothing special to offer. Their services are just okay and nothing more. I wouldn't say it's a bad company, but definitely not great either. I was expecting more from them, but I guess you get what you pay for. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, an average experience with them.
