As a customer of Hookup.com, I must say that the overall experience has been average. The website design is clean and easy to navigate, but I found the search filters to be quite limited. It would be great if they could add more options for filtering matches. However, the quality of profiles on the site is excellent. I have met some interesting people and had meaningful conversations. Overall, I would recommend Hookup.com to others, but with the caveat that the search options could be improved.
