I had an average experience with Dimensions Design Tile & Stone. Their website dimensionsdesignnaples.com was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and I felt like I was not valued as a customer. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
