The overall experience with Rutahsa Adventures, Inc. has been average. The customer service was decent and the tour guide was knowledgeable. However, I expected more excitement and adventure during the trip. The itinerary was a bit repetitive, and there wasn't much flexibility to explore on our own. Overall, it was an average experience.
