I had high expectations from Audio Video Architect...

I had high expectations from Audio Video Architects, but unfortunately, they didn't meet them. The installation process was smooth, but the overall performance of the system is just average. There were a few technical glitches that needed multiple visits from their technicians to fix. The service could have been better.
