They never have after hour Maintence and that suck...

They never have after hour Maintence and that sucks, cause when you lost your keys or can't find your keys to enter your apartment they will tell you to call the lock smith than you have to pay the lock smith for opening the door and putting in new locks. I remembered this one time I called like at 9:20PM saying that I think I lost my keys or left my keys somewhere if they can only open the door for me to get into my apartment or if I can get a spare key the guy was like uh there nothing we can do at this time you will have to call the locksmith or you can wait til the next day and go to the office they open from 1-4PM. I was so angry that I hung up the phone. They need to improve on their Maintence
