Terrible web hosting service. ITX charges a higher amount of money for web hosting services than most well known hosts out there. You would expect grade A service for the price you pay yet you get nothing close to it. Every time I have come across an issue on their end (i.e web servers PHP version being extremely outdated) they try to charge an "hourly rate" to look into the issue and resolve it. Not to mention their "technical support" phone team never has answers, they always have to send the case over to someone and it can take up to 2 business days to get a response. You get metered bandwidth, and a less then appeasing/functional version of Plesk.
