I recently got a trailer from Keens Equipment and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the trailer itself is functional and serves its purpose well. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and it took longer than expected to get assistance. Overall, it was an average experience.
