I made an order yesterday through the store's website, they confirmed that everything is there and can be picked up in two hours! They warned that they would reserve the goods for 12 hours. OK. I came to them.
Nobody even thought about completing the order! I waited 1.5 hours! while you were pleased to collect everything.
As a result, it turned out that one important item was not available at all. I had to buy separately and three times more expensive. And this is additional time and money spent. In response to my comments, the cashier offered me a pack of branded bags for free !! This is all despite the fact that the store is not at all within walking distance and it was necessary to go on purpose!
I don't need such service for nothing. I chose you because the described services seemed quite suitable. Alas. In the end, there is an Epicenter, which I will continue to use.
