I had a mixed experience with Cuddly Tails. While the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean, I felt that they could have provided better care for my pet. There were a few instances where I noticed my pet was not being given the attention and exercise they needed. However, I appreciate the effort and the areas of improvement they have made since then.
