It is very disappointing to suddenly end a 25 year relationship with one of their carriers. Unfortunately, they do not offer nearly the same excellent customer service that Don Coopers agency provided. Maybe he spoiled us, but this new place that bought him out is kinda pointless. Might as well skip them and just go get insurance in the internet
