I had both good and bad experiences with Cafuné. The quality of their photography is exceptional, and the photographers are very skilled. However, their customer service needs improvement. There were some delays in getting responses to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would still recommend them for their excellent photography work.
