I have rented with this company four separate time...

I have rented with this company four separate times and had problems with their properties three out of four times. Most recently I rented a house on Mobile Bay that was supposed to have a pier and the pier was nonexistant. That was the whole purpose for renting the property. They refused to move me to a property that had what I rented and they also refused to give me even a partial refund. They did ofeet me a future credit with them which they have failed to actually send me. I wish I could give them zero stars.
