My experience with Madix Managed Security has been decent overall. While their services are satisfactory, there have been instances where I encountered delays in response and resolution of certain issues. Their team could be more proactive in addressing vulnerabilities and communicating with customers. However, when they do address the concerns, they provide valid solutions. With some improvements, Madix Managed Security has the potential to deliver an excellent service.
