Rtkl Callison absolutely screwed up our job in the Acqualina 5 star resort Condo building in Sunny Isles Florida. ( Miami). And had the nerve to create bills to cover their errors. They didn t even scale the furniture they selected and purchased and then Wondered why it didn t fit. Instead of owning up to it they ran away.
Came back 2 years later with Callison claiming open receivable. I feel they Probably tried to show bigger receivables to Callison to getting a bigger purchase price.
I called president and spoke to him and they said they would look in to this but never made me whole. Just talk and fabrication from my truths.
Its one thing to make big blunders, it can happen, It s another thing to not own up to them and fix the project.
This is not a firm that values their reputation and puts money ahead of doing the right thing.
Do not use, plenty of people in the industry.
