This is a dumb ass company! I went in for a fungal infection and they refused to pay without me filling out a form explaining my visit then requested 10 years worth of medical records. It was a damn fungal infection that required prescription antifungal which was not covered either! Do not go with Obama Care HCC life Atnea medical coverage. It is a waste of your money. I only had one appointment while covered and it was for a fungus I got under my armpit while working in a costume. Don't trust this company!!! I'm contacting the better business Bureau to complain.
