Mr.Kiran ,who is from the technical support team was very helpful in downloading and installing the software on my laptop.He was answering the questions with so much patience.He was excellent in his field and was clarifying the doubts very easily, no matter how many times we ask.

The second time I had an issue with the already installed software and downloading problem with the tool on my system.So, I wrote an email to the technical team , Mr.kiran responded to my email and helped me to fix the issue.He is the best.

Even I asked the questions which is related to the drives and storage on my system ,he did not hesitate to explain it and in very understandable way and showed it to me by sharing the system.

He definitely knows in and out , very knowledgeable.

Third time, I contacted Mr. Kiran for reinstalling the UFT since my license got expired. He has installed it without hesitating.Thank you kiran for the help.
