There are better salons in Fresno. Played musical chairs with 3 other clients working with the same stylist. One women left because it was 45 minutes past her appointment time, which is how long it took me to get into the chair which should have been an immediate red flag. After FOUR HOURS, FOUR PICTURES, THREE conversations about the look I wanted and $175, I came home with 90's highlights and uneven hair. Haircuts are extra which I didn't dare remind her of knowing clients were waiting with wet hair. So disappointed.
