I have been a customer of Cuhk for a few years now, and I must say that their services are just average. They have a decent website, but it could use some improvements. The information is sometimes hard to find, and the navigation is not very intuitive. Overall, I would say that Cuhk provides an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
