I ve never felt compelled to write a review on anything previous to this experience, but it was such a horrible experience that I feel it s my duty to spread this cautionary tale to other potential house purchasers.
Hmmmm, Where to begin ? I will say that Oaktree overall does a horrible job but they do it at a glaciers pace. So if you want them to actually fund, make sure you have at least 6-8 months to close or else the sellers will back out.
Lack of communication, poor performance by agents and just a complete disregard for any professionalism.
Stay away at all cost, even if they are your only option.
We have been waiting for 3 months to close and finally went to another financial institution and they did more in a week.
