"Cannot say enough about the amazing work of our in-country manager, Benjie Bernal, and his staff (specifically Roel Privado and Jomar Montano). They were all very easy and pleasant to work with, incredibly knowledgeable, and seemed to anticipate most of our needs. Hard to believe that they hadn t done the program before. Overall, the hotel was great high level of service, good staging and food. The rooms used for meetings were great and the hotel staff set them up perfectly. Very well managed. Great hotel. The community engagement project was by far the most effective aspect of the course.
