The staff was friendly and the rooms are large. The free breakfast is nice, but I miss the pastries that Hyatt Place use to have. I almost gave 4 stars, but housekeeping needed improvement. We had to ask for fresh towels twice. They took the old ones ,but didn't replace with ANY. The last day our room was not even serviced at all even after asking. We just let it go and got new towels and shampoo at the front desk. Few other things about housekeeping not worth mentioning. I did ask where the ice machine was and the staff just got it for me from the kitchen so I didn't have to go to the second floor. Some of them went out of their way to help. There is a pool that looked nice, but we didn't use. They have a shuttle to Planet Hollywood 4 x a day. Overall I liked it, just need to work on housekeeping.
