I have been a customer of Lokai for over a year and I have to say the experience has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, their customer service could use some improvement. There have been a few instances where I had an issue with my order and it took a while to get a response from their support team. Overall, I would say Lokai is a decent company to do business with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
