As a customer, my experience with the company has been average. The platform is sleek and easy to navigate, but I've had occasional issues with project tracking and resource management tools. The customer support team has been responsive and helpful in resolving these issues, which I appreciate. However, I feel that the onboarding process could be more streamlined to help new users get up to speed more quickly.
