I was in sudden need of an Ethernet cable and the gentleman at Cables & Chips (sorry I never got his name but he's tall and had a lovely accent) was, to use the technical term, a mensch through and through, including graciously staying a little past his normal closing time so that I'd be able to get there to get what I needed...and this was not even close to a big-ticket purchase, just a simple single cable. Thank you very much for being there, and for being so helpful, when I needed you most!
