As a customer of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, I must say that my experience with them has been average. The toll prices are quite high, but the roads are generally well-maintained. I appreciate the convenience of the E-ZPass system, but I often encounter long wait times at toll booths. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
