I have been a customer of J.p. morgan asset management for several years and overall I am quite satisfied with their services. The investment options available to me are diverse and the customer service has been helpful whenever I need assistance. The only drawback is the high fees associated with their services, which can eat into my returns. Nonetheless, I would rate them as average.
