As a customer, I found the website to be informative and easy to navigate. However, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The customer service was somewhat lacking, as I encountered delays in getting my inquiries addressed. The product selection is standard, and the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to similar companies. On the positive side, the website's resources were helpful in understanding solar energy benefits, but I wished for more detailed product information. Overall, the experience was average.
