My RX-8 developed a problem with loss of power, accompanied by a flashing check engine light. Pearson was able to schedule the car for the next day and gave me a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. They found the problem, had the needed parts, and were able to complete the repair by the end of the morning. When I picked up the car, it ran flawlessly, just as I expected.
