I recently purchased some items from a similar website and had a terrible experience. However, I stumbled upon Lum and decided to give them a try. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The website was easy to use and the product selection was impressive. The customer service was also excellent. I had a question about a particular product and their representative was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be shopping with Lum again in the future.
