I had an average experience with Once in a lifetime holidays. The booking process was smooth, but the service during the vacation was average. I expected more from a company that claims to offer once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm. Overall, it was an okay experience.
