What a great car and truck dealer! The sales person Roger Dalton was extremely knowledgeable of the product line I desired and let me test drive several that had some of the options (but different from one another) that I wanted since no one auto had them all. Though it was difficult for me to decide what to do, resulting in several return trips to this and two other dealers, Roger was patient and never pushed me. He with others at Troncalli provided all the information I needed, searched for autos and supported me from the start about ordering my choice rather than settling for something on the lot. I ended up with exactly what I could enjoy and be satisfied with. Even the final purchase experience was done professionally and in a family friendly manner. My hats off to Troncalli for employing such great caring people. I recommend if you are not looking for a Chrysler product then you should be and go here FIRST.
