I've been practicing pilates for years, and JDG Clinical Pilates is by far one of the best studios I've been to. The instructors are highly experienced and passionate about their work. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The classes are challenging, yet the instructors provide modifications for all levels. I always leave the studio feeling energized and refreshed. Highly recommended!
