I am a loyal customer of Jet networks, inc. and have been using their services for the past few months. Overall, my experience has been average. The internet speed is decent, but there are occasional outages which can be frustrating. The customer service is helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. I hope they can improve in these areas to provide a better service.
