I actually agreed to sit down with their rep to see where they stand, they sent me a "Senior Account Rep" with 3 monthe experience, after looking over my statements he explained about all of the money I would be saving, when I started quizzing him on sensible questions about rates, lease charges for their equipment, providing me with references etc., he got mad, said that I was wasting his time and stormed out, quite unprofessional if you ask me, oh well it always sounds too good to be true...
